This Return Policy set forth the sole and exclusive terms and conditions under which you may be eligible to return or exchange, or receive a refund for, a product purchased from www.vloxco.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Cetavia Investment Partners, LLC, d/b/a VLOX (“VLOX”).
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If a product purchased by you from VLOX does not materially conform to the description of the product on the Site, you may return the item to us within 10 days following the date on which you received the product, provided that it is accompanied by the original purchase receipt and is in its original condition and packaging. You are solely responsible for payment of the cost of returning the product to us. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the purchase within 15 days following our receipt of the returned product and determination of compliance with this return policy.
In all other cases, sales are final and no returns, exchanges or refunds are permitted under any circumstances, subject only to the specific terms set forth below.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when received by the customer; provided, however, that the determination of whether an item is defective or damaged is made by us, in our sole discretion. If you want us to consider replacing an item that you believe was defective or damaged at the time of receipt, please send the item, together with the original purchase receipt, to: VLOX (Attention: Gavriel Staloch), 1601 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1100, Seattle, Washington 98101 (United States). Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether we have determined, in our sole discretion, that the item was defective or damaged when it was received by the customer. If we determine that the item was so defective or damaged, we will issue you a refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days following our determination.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund that has been issued pursuant to this Return Policy, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of the foregoing and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
To return an item that is eligible to be returned under the express terms of this Policy, you should send the item to: VLOX (Attention: Gavriel Staloch), 1601 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1100, Seattle, Washington 98101 (United States). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless we determine, in our sole discretion, that the item was defective or damaged when it was received by the customer). If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
